My deepest condolences to the entire DiCarlo family. Frank was like a grandfather to me for many years! When Tom and Donna took me in under there wings so did he! As a kid I always looked forward to the fourth of Julys we spent at his camper at the beach! He was a really sweet man and I will never forget the many great memories we shared. He touched many lives and I was fortunate to be one of them!! Rest in peace dear Frank.
