I am the oldest cousin, I witnessed all the new cousins coming into the Costello family. I thought it was really neat to be the oldest.
I was 16 years old when Michael was born. As he grew and I would see him at family events I could tell that he was a special type of kid. You know he just had that aura about him. We used to play basketball between the Guli and Costello houses when he was older
I would tower over him like a NBA star and he at 6 or 7 years old would jump to try to get the ball and shoot. Even as a toddler you could tell he had a special talent and drive. Over the years I lost touch with Michael, every once in a while I'd hear about him and fondly recall how much I liked him. I was very sad to hear he passed. I pray that Jesus will prepare a place for Michael to still allow
for him to play football in heaven. I pray for the family, may the Lord lift the pain and let them know that Michael is with Him in Heaven.

Uncle Frank and Aunt Marilyn, and the entire Costello Family and friends, as we all mourn together let us remember also how much Michael meant to us. His love and warmth made him a very special person. Let's remember all the good that Michael has brought into our lives by his great outgoing spirit, and all of his friendly ways. No words can describe losing Michael but perhaps knowing that he is waiting for us all in Heaven, where we will all someday rejoice with him and the Lord. Love Steve Costello
