Chimato-Sophie (nee Franzese) 89 of Cedarhurst, NY on January 21, 2016. Devoted wife of the late Frank. Loving mother of Kathy Gilbride (Mickey), Donna Kohlmier (Otto), and Joanne Bey. Cherished grandmother of 7 and great grandmother of 15. Family will receive friends Sunday 7 PM - 9 PM and Monday 2 PM - 4 PM and 7 PM - 9 PM at the Perry Funeral Home Inc. 118 Union Ave., Lynbrook, NY. Funeral Mass Tuesday 9:45 AM at St. Joachim's RC Church, Cedarhurst, NY. Interment to follow at Greenfield Cemetery, Hempstesd, NY. In Lieu of flowers donations in Sophie's name can be made to MJHSFoundations@mjhs.org .
