Kenna - Laurie Ann (née Brancaleone) 57, of Floral Park, NY passed away on August 28, 2021. Beloved wife of Thomas Steven (Tom). Devoted mother to Thomas John, Matthew Peter, and Juliana Nicole. Loving daughter to Kathleen and the late Peter. Dear sister to Peter Jr but also a treasured "sister" to many others. From making costumes and sets for school plays, to chauffeuring her children to their extracurriculars, to serving as a Girl Scout leader, Laurie committed her time, boundless energy, and extraordinary creativity to bettering the lives of her children and the Floral Park community. Laurie was also dedicated to supporting others as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker formerly at Mercy Medical Center and currently as a private psychotherapist. The family will receive friends Wednesday 7-9 PM, Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Franklin Funeral Home Inc. 42 New Hyde Park Rd. Franklin Square, NY. Funeral Mass Friday 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Victory RC Church in Floral Park, NY. Entombment to follow at the Cemetery of the Holy Rood Westbury, NY. Memorial contributions can be made in Laurie's name to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance.
