Please share a memory of Louise to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
On Thursday, March 11th 2021 Louise Preziosa Loving Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother Passed away at the age of 84. Louise was born on October 6th 1936 in Brooklyn New York. She was preceded in death by her beloved Husband Pete, Daughter Patricia, her Father Anthony, Mother Mary and Stepfather Fred. She is survived by her 3 children Doramarie, Peter & Pasquale along with 12 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren. She is also survived by her Brother Louis, Sister-in-law Angie and all of her Nieces and Nephews. She was a loving wife and homemaker with a heartwarming love for animals. Louise, Lou, Wheezy, Mrs Preziosa, Mrs Prez, or Mrs P. It didn’t matter which of the above you called her, she was a woman of many names. A woman who could light up a room or make you laugh with a word (Usually a word she made by mashing 2 words together leaving you to figure out what she meant). She would talk to everyone. People in stores and strangers on the street, always bringing smiles to their faces. And yes, she would talk to animals: her dogs, her cats, her parrot, the opossum or raccoon walking through the yard, or the bird sitting in the tree. She was full of Love and Compassion for everyone and a bother to no one. She’d start every phone call with the same humble phrase, “It’s only me.” Never wanting to inconvenience anyone. We all know she never inconvenienced any of us. Louise was many things to many people: Mother, Daughter, Sister, Wife, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Aunt, Friend, Animal Lover, Matriarch. You knew her as one (or two) of those roles, but whatever it was you called her, that’s not what mattered. Whoever she was to you, that is what mattered, and although she is gone, and our hearts are broken and we will miss her forever, she now and forever will be called our Angel.
