Schimenti- Donald M. of Lynbrook, NY on November 24, 2012 at the age of 71. Founder and Principal of A.M.D. Construction Corporation. Devoted son of the late Michael and Dorothy. Beloved husband of Anne. Loving father of Matthew (Heather), Donna McDougal (Robert), LCDR Andrew (Silviya), Elizabeth O'Toole (Edwin IV), and Catherine. Cherished grandfather of Victoria, Matthew, James, Edwin V, Chloe, Donovan, Cameron, and Elizabeth. Dear brother of Dolores (late Joseph Martin), John (Helen), Michael (Lorraine), Robert (Robin). Brother-in-law to Phillip Franzese (Andree), Virginia Rabacs (John), late Jeffery Franzese (Karen Franzese Pesce and Steve Pesce), Zachary Franzese (Mary Ellen) and late Luke Franzese (Laura). Will be missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday 7 - 9 pm, Wednesday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm Perry Funeral Home, 118 Union Avenue, Lynbrook, NY, Funeral Mass Thursday 9:45 am at St. Raymond's RC Church. Entombment to follow at St. John's Cemetery.
