Heartbroken to hear of Charlie's passing.The Henshaw family has been a part of the Ward family for as long as I can remember. My parents loved Charlie and Doreen .Our families have been friends forever and will always be that way.I remember times at the Whistling Gypsy,family weddings,births ,christenings,and deaths.They have shared our joys and sorrows,and We theirs. My most recent memories were at my brother Brendan s wedding.Charlie brought down the house with his rendition of Sweet Caroline.This is the memory I will hold when I am saddened by his passing.The joy and warmth of that moment ,the strong sense of family and the connection they gave to us of our own parents will stay with me forever. I know my mom and dad will be waiting to greet him with loving arms.Our loss here now is only temporary,until we all meet again. We pray that God watch over his family ,and give them the strength to carry on until such time. All our prayers to all of the Henshaws.Please take comfort in knowing he is with his Holy Father,resting in a better place. all our love and prayers to all of you.
