Obituary of Anne Bush

Anne Bush was the daughter of Joseph and Marie Malcolmson. Raised in South Ozone Park, Queens, Anne married her late husband Thomas Bush in 1965. They were married for 49 years until his death in 2014. In the early 1970’s, they moved to their home in Lynbrook, New York where they raised their two sons. Anne received her teaching degree from Queens College, and in 1982 took a position as a New York City school teacher. She worked for 20 years until her retirement from P.S. 153 in Maspeth, Queens, where she taught kindergarten. Anne is survived by her brother Dr. James Malcolmson of New Mexico,  her son Eric Bush and his wife Jennifer Bradshaw of Florida, New York, and her son Paul Bush and his wife Jennifer Bush of Massapequa Park, New York. She is also survived by her two granddaughters, Jenna and Alyssa Bush.
