WOOD-Leah 94 formerly of Inwood, L.I. on May 21, 2018. Devoted wife of the late Walter. Loving mother of Richard(Patty), Anne Fabiano(the late Frank), and Maureen Wood-Porzelt. Cherished grandmother of Kimberly (Joe), Kevin, Brian(Kris), Marianne, and Frank. Beloved G.G. of Joseph, Matthew, and Ander. Dear sister of Pauline Pritchard. Her kindness, compassion and commitment will be forever remembered in our hearts. Family will receive friends Wednesday 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the Perry Funeral Home Inc. 118 Union Ave., Lynbrook, L.I. Funeral Mass Thursday 10:15 AM at Notre Dame RC Church, New Hyde Park, L.I. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, L.I.
