Calamari- John 75 of Lynbrook, NY on April 19, 2018 after courageously battling a long illness. Devoted husband of Rosemarie. Loving father of Joanne Sklar (Phil), Kim Landman (Matt), and Maggie Terry (Jeff). Cherished grandfather of Marissa, Max, Jake, Zachary, Ava, Vivienne and Gianna. Fond Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Proud Army Veteran and an avid train and trolley enthusiast. Family will receive friends Sunday 6 PM – 9 PM and Monday 2 PM – 4 PM and 7 PM – 9 PM at the Perry Funeral Home Inc. 118 Union Ave., Lynbrook, NY. Funeral Mass Tuesday 10:45 AM at St. Raymond's RC Church, East Rockaway, NY. Interment to follow Long Island National Cemetery, Pinelawn, NY.
