KASZUBA - Thomas C. Jr. of Greensboro NC, formerly of Lynbrook, NY, passed suddenly on January 5, 2016. Beloved son of the late Thomas Sr. and the late Geraldine. Loving brother of Barbara Donnelly (Kenneth), Sandra Nemchin (Hugh McPartlan), devoted Godfather to Brooke Lyn Nemchin and survived by loving Aunts and Cousins. The family will receive friends Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Perry Funeral Home, Inc. 118 Union Avenue Lynbrook, NY. Funeral Mass Saturday 9:30 am at St. Raymond's RC Church in East Rockaway, NY. Cremation private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Hospice of Greensboro at www.hospicegso.com would be appreciated.
