D'Agostino, Charles James, 80, of Lynbrook, NY on October 30, 2014. Beloved husband of Jackie. Loving father of Charles, Christopher (Taine) and James. Dear brother of Mary Holmberg and Phyllis D'Agostino. Cherished grandfather of Annamarie, Eric, James, Jake and Katie. The family will receive friends Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Perry Funeral Home, Inc. 118 Union Avenue Lynbrook. Funeral Monday 10 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
